		<description>This is an interesting perspective. Interesting for a couple of reasons. The first being the expectation that a professional should work late on a Friday night. The second being the desire for immediate-one-size-fits-all list of references. Given the length of time that you spent preparing to take this first step is a single eight hour day that long to wait? And isn&#039;t the time and care to properly respond, to find those people who you will connect with and who have projects similar to yours worth it?

I wish that the values people held for the design/construction industry were ones of thoughtfulness, care, thoroughness, and measured response rather than cheaper, faster, more.</description>
